You can help us by donating your time as a volunteer, donating funds, or donating household and personal hygeine items. We encourage groups and organizations to Adopt-A-Room to help make our shelter residents' stays as pleasant as possible. But, most of all, you can help us by spreading the word - tell your family, friends, co-workers and neighbors about our programs and about the devastation caused by domestic violence.
